From January 9th (Fri) to 12th (Mon), 2026, the world’s leading master watchmakers will gather in Tokyo for a one-of-a-kind exhibition featuring live demonstrations, "Masters of Horological Craftsmanship", held at SAI, RAYARD MIYASHITA PARK (Shibuya, Tokyo).
MIYASHITA PARK, located in the trend-setting district of Shibuya, is a stylish complex home to a range of luxury brands. On the third floor, the art gallery "SAI" features both Japanese and international art, providing a relaxed space to enjoy and appreciate the watches. It’s also just a short walk from Shibuya Station, making access easy.
This exhibition will feature a group of independent watchmakers—members of the Académie Horlogère des Créateurs Indépendants (AHCI), known as the "God Hands"—and will also bring together Japan’s "Contemporary Master Craftsman," the winners of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG), often referred to as the "Academy Awards" of the watch industry. This is a truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the globally renowned watchmakers to gather in one place, showcasing their extraordinary craftsmanship up close alongside actual timepieces on display. This must-see event welcomes not only for watch enthusiasts, but also for professionals in Japan’s manufacturing industry and for the next generation watchmakers.
